RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy. All new products, with the exception of products under our “Pickleball Paddle Return Policy” or our “Exceptions / non-returnable items”, will follow this return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For rackets, they must be unused and have the plastic on the handle. Used rackets will include a P2000 restocking fee. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once a return is received and inspected to ensure it is in new condition we will approve a refund.
Accessories that have been opened are ineligible for return and will be shipped back if sent to us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Privacy & Safety
Palakol Performance has a unique return policy that applies ONLY to our pickleball paddle category. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.
If your paddle is completely new and unused, in its original packaging and condition, you will receive a full refund (not including shipping & handling). If the paddle has been used and is not in its new condition, you are still eligible to return the paddle within 30 days for a refund but will be charged a P2000 restocking fee. This restocking fee allows players a low-risk opportunity to try any of our paddles for only the cost of the P2000 restocking fee.
To start a return under either policy, please email us at info@palakolperformance.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
